At JRFOOTBALL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to resolve the problem with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
